  • Just visit our website and click "Browse Auditions" to explore a wide range of opportunities. When you find the audition that interests you, click "Register" and proceed to complete the registration process. Your application will be securely submitted, and you'll receive updates on your audition status.

    Dance organizations review your applications through Danceapply.com and notify you if you are selected to their programs.

  • No, once your application is submitted, you cannot update or replace it. Please ensure all the information is accurate before submitting.

  • Per our Refund Policy, all refund requests for audition registrations on Danceapply.com are handled at the discretion of the dance organizations. It is up to the dance organization whether they wish to grant a refund or not. If you have a valid reason for a refund request, please contact the dance organization directly to inquire about a refund. Please note that non-acceptance to an audition is not a valid reason for a refund.

  • No, dance organizations on Danceapply.com cannot see which other auditions you've applied to. Your application history is private, and only you can view it within your Danceapply.com account.

General information for dance organizations

  • Account Creation:

    First, create an account for your dance school or company on danceapply.com.

    Audition Details:

    Audition type (e.g., In-person, virtual or video submission)

    Date and time of the audition

    Location (or provide the link if it’s a virtual audition)

    Eligibility criteria (age, level of experience, etc.)

    Specific requirements (e.g., dress code, prepared pieces)

    Application Requirements:

    Application form details

    Required documents (resume, headshot, dance photos)

    Performance video and password (if applicable)

    Application fee (Contact info@danceapply.com to link your bank account info to collect application fees, if any.)

    Contact Information:

    Provide contact details for questions or further information.

    Deadlines:

    Clearly state the application deadline and any other important dates.

    Please note that every organization may have different audition criteria and requirements. Ensure that these are clearly defined and communicated in your audition listing on danceapply.com.

  • Danceapply.com retains a 15% fee on any audition fees charged. If there is no audition fee, we will not impose any charges on the organization.

    • Provides an interface for judges or school administrators to review applications and make decisions.

    • Capability to efficiently decision letters to applicants post-audition.

    • Provides analytical reports to assess the application process and facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making

    • Tailored interfaces for both students and institutions, enabling efficient tracking of application statuses, audition schedules, and decision outcomes.

    • Navigate to the Submission page.

    • Select the Audition whose data you wish to view.

    • To download all applicant details as a spreadsheet, click 'Download All'.

    • If you want to print applicant details, first sort/filter as needed, then click 'Print'.

    2. Go to the Auditions page.

    3. Click 'Create Audition' at the top right.

    4. Fill out all necessary information about your audition.

    5. If there's an audition fee, contact us to link your bank account for fee collection.

    6. Create custom questions or waiver forms as needed.

    7. Review your audition carefully before publishing.

    8. Click 'Publish' on the top right to finish creating your audition.

    • Go to the Audition page. u want to edit and click on the ( ... ) button next to the audition fee.

    • Select 'Edit' from the menu.

    • Make the necessary changes to the audition information.

    *Please note: Be cautious when editing a published audition, as these changes will not affect any information already collected from existing applicants.
